The Beans & Tasting: A great little stop in Echo Park, especially if you are looking to buy high-quality beans to brew. ​The Beans: I picked up their "Alejandro" espresso beans. Stopped by Canyon Coffee with the family. Matcha was solid. Coffee was legit. Not overthought, just done right. Best part though? The vibe. It felt relaxed and easy, and a special shoutout to Rania, who helped us out and genuinely made the stop feel welcoming. Would 100% go again!

Beautiful coffee shop! Found myself in this neighborhood and this was a perfect spot to walk, get a coffee, and read my book outside 😍 inside was packed, but there are some adorable tables outside. Street parking. The fig leaf latte was delightful! 10/10 with a soft, citrusy sweet flavor. Impeccable. The oatmilk latte was good too. The tuna toast needed some more seasoning but I see where they were going with it.
