THIS is supposed to be a chicken STRIP, not a nugget. All of them were about the same size as a sauce packet. I understand that I visited on April Fool's Day, but THIS IS A JOKE.

Just did the drive through.And it wasn't terrible.But part of the experience of chick fila is how chipper and polite, the staff is I just dealt with the dullest guy on the planet. Could tell he doesn't like working. And then they didn't get my order right. I'm just used to chick fillet in bloomington and burnsville, being so outgoing so polite and never messing up.It was disappointing to try the one and Eden Prairie.

I had the spicy chicken deluxe, and it was good as always. The staff were very nice and attentive to serving me. Thanks for the good experience, but that's what Chic-fil-A is known for, besides their chicken.

Placed a mobile order for a lemonade due to receiving an email from the owner Andrew Armstrong that said I would receive a "free entree" for doing so and they never made good on their end of the bargain. Called the store AND submitted a claim thru their app and was told essentially tough luck. The lady on the service line who took my call said "is there anything else I can help you with" after I asked her to pass along my feedback to Andrew about their misleading marketing email, completely negating any sort of empathy that a well established business should have in this situation. Super disap
