Just realized I somehow forgot to write a review of this gem. It's absolutely great and an absolute sleeper cafe. Been all over Japan many times and this is as close to America gets to a modern style Japanese fast casual restaurant. This appears owned by a few Japanese people (a family?) and they do it right. Prices are more than fair, and far less than what you'll find in Minneapolis. It always makes my day to eat at JK's.

Ordered the chicken bahn mi with no cilantro. I received bread that briefly shook hands with a farm once. Incredibly stingy and I cant taste anything but the bread

This is some place that I would love to come back to. It’s an amazing Japanese restaurant that’s situated at the bottom of an office building that’s easy for many workers to get to. The best part is that they have an option for salmon head! Not alot of places serve that. The service was pretty good for the size of the restaurant they have. And the atmosphere here is almost never busy and fairly quiet. Will decently come back here again.

Ordered the mighty roll, spicy chicken bowl and spicy udon with pork belly. Broth of the udon was really good, as were the pork belly slices. The mighty roll was indeed mighty but not super practical for eating and something about it was extra fishy. The prices were "reasonable" because anything $15-20 after tax and tip seems to be now. However, I wouldn't drive across town for this place
