10/10 drinks and 100/10 service. Whoever took my order (young lady) around 12 on 1/20 gave me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced ever. The young man who made me (nicely ofc) try my drinks before I left to ensure I liked them was super nice and amazing. I ended up not likely one and they remade it and encouraged me to tell them my true feelings. I wish I had one closer to me but if all of the locations follow their level of attentiveness, I will make the 30 minute drive. Amazing. Drinks were delish. I’d def get both again. I had such a great experience at 7 Brew today! Kevin helped us, and he was honestly amazing. He was super sweet, attentive, and you could tell right away that he genuinely enjoys his job. He didn’t just do the usual small talk, he actually made real conversation with us, which made the whole experience feel a lot more personal and welcoming. He also gave us some really good drink recommendations, and on top of that, he offered us stickers (which I loved because I collect them!). It was just such a thoughtful touch. I remember once that they gave me a medium latte rather than a small. I prefer the small because it has less milk (for the calories) and the ratio to espresso is better to my liking. A medium is too milky and adding another espresso shot is too much caffeine for me. When I stated I had ordered a small, they "remade" it. Meaning that they poured the medium into a small and discarded the rest. Amazing experience 10/10. I wasn't bothered but just amused. The ratios are important to you know.
