I visited this location today around 3:30 p.m. The young lady with the colorful hair and nails was very friendly and provided great customer service. However, I was concerned to see an employee behind the counter flossing his teeth 🤢 and playing with his hair while in the food preparation area. When I mentioned that this was unsanitary, I was told that he was technically off the clock. Regardless of whether he was clocked in or not, he was still behind the counter and around food preparation areas, which I found inappropriate and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Food was awesome and hot and fast. I don't know the front counter person name( brown man)but he was very nice and sweet and very patient with me and my family. He was just so so so sweet and he was keeping his lobby clean as soon as someone left he was out cleaning. Don't let him go very hard worker there hard to find.

This location on Broadway in Edmond has been very erratic in their service over the last two years. Sometimes great, sometimes horrible. I think it is related to the personnel who is there at any time. But very recently the service has been great. If you like redheads, Shyann is your girl. She works the drive thru. She is hotter than Dana Scully from X-Files. She has a gorgeous smile and will get you your food fast. I hope Arby's doesn't let her go and offers her a manager style position. This is the Arby's to go in this area, for the time being anyway.

When I received the French Dip Royale 😒, I thought I was getting a nice sandwich with a lot of meat 🍖, just like the picture. But come to find out, it was a small sandwich with barely any meat 😞. If you see what’s in the picture 📸, it doesn’t look like that at all 😤. And when I got it, I asked the man for fresh fries, and I still didn’t get them 😕. I had to go back and tell him a second time before they gave me fresh fries 🍟. The meat wasn’t that good either; it just wasn’t all that 😕. So, the Royale is not all that."
