Ordered in the app. Checked in when I arrived and waited 20 minutes in my spot. Went to the drive thru to see if that would help. No response at the speaker. Sat at the window for almost another 10 minutes before someone came to ask what I needed. I told her I had an order in the app and she handed me my food that apparently had been just sitting inside because the food was cold and the shakes were melted. Absolutely terrible service.

Just stopped in to get two drinks a cherry limeade and a strawberry shake. It took twenty minutes to get the two drinks. I ordered a large on both drinks, which I ended up with a small strawberry shake. So they got the order wrong which I had to repeated 3 times and the person taking the order was rude as well the car hop was rude and disrespectful. The cherry limeade was awful. It tasted like the machine had not been cleaned for quite some time. For spending nearly $10 for two messed up drinks, it was a complete disappointment. If you like sonic enough to spend way too much for their drinks

As dozens of others have commented, this is absolutely the worst of all Sonics. And nowadays, that's really saying something. When I go there, it takes forever. At least 50% of the time my order is wrong, or something is missing. If I order Sonic through DoorDash and it comes from this location, I wait forever. The drivers don't get paid to wait, so they usually unassign from the order after waiting 15 minutes or more (which is crazy because I know that DoorDash gives them time to prepare the order before sending the driver) causing an even longer delay. They do not package orders for delivery

Horrible experience. Ordered twice through the app at this location and both times we checked in and waiting over 30 minutes to get two drinks. Tried to call and either the phone doesn’t answer or they hang up on you. Went today to go through the drive thru. Waiting and no one answered at the microphone. Waited in line for 20+ minutes to get to the window and the employee said we’re closing the drive thru and not taking anymore orders. No communication or sign on the drive thru anywhere. Very disappointed in the multiple negative experiences.
