We started with the Bresaola alla Valtellinese (thinly sliced cured beef with arugula and a sprinkle of black pepper) which was simple but very good. We were additionally served with fresh Macrina bread, along with olive oil, so we ended up building our own little bites. That combination turned out to be a great start to the meal. For the main course, I ordered the penne with roasted pepper pesto. We came here for a birthday celebration. We were excited to come here because we had gone to the Capitol Hill location. We got there early so we could get a table, and had a nice dinner. It’s a nice restaurant to have in downtown Edmonds. There is gluten-free pasta if you need to make your order gluten-free.
