Had the thiq boy ramen. One of the best ramens Ive ever had. The chasu pork in it was the best I've ever had. Super flavorful and added much depth to the taste. If you eat ramen, come hungry because they offer extra ramen noodles for free. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was a nice young hipster vibe. It's a small place. Wouldn't recommend for party great than 4.

The food here is absolutely delicious and full of flavor! The portions are generous and well served, so you definitely won't leave hungry. On top of that, the service is incredibly attentive and welcoming. The only heads-up is the parking situation—just be prepared to look for paid parking nearby. Overall, highly recommended!

I've been to a number of ramen spots around El paso. Kaedama is definitely top tier for ramen. Ive only ever tried the thiccboi with level 2 spice but that's all a food lover needs. Their pork buns and pork gyozas are great appetizers. Perfect spot for those rare cloudy days in the 915.

We are Southern Californians and had been on a cross-country roadtrip for almost 3 weeks. El Paso was one of our last stops on the way and we searched for Guy Fieri's visited restaurant list and found Kaemada. We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns.
