I am loving the new management. They actually care about the quality and their customers. It's noticable. The food is always fresh and the employees are always friendly. The management has come out multiple times to check on things and make sure we're satisfied. Once they forgot to make a carryout order and we had to wait a few extra minutes and they gave me a ticket for a free meal on them. That's good customer service! Our family will continue to support this Qdoba because they know how to do things right! 👌

The ladies were all over the place, moving from one spot to another. They had my food sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. My food was cold. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way. They seemed to be frustrated, but rude as well. Food service can be hard I get it, but you still have to provide great customer service. I don't see myself returning. This was a waste of money, could went to Chipotle or anywhere else for that matter.🤷

I went here for National Burrito Day on April 4th and got 2 massive burrito bowls and a drink. My order was ready on time and the restaurant looked nice and clean! See how huge my bowls were?! I got extra toppings and an extra portion of meat. My only complaint is that the beef's texture was a little bouncy and I felt like the meat could have used a marinade for more flavor. I really loved the pickled onions. All the toppings were superb. The sweet tea here is really extra sweet so beware if you're trying to watch your sugar intake. Thanks Qdoba and I'll be back.
