Unfortunately had dinner here for fathers day. Food took longer than normal which is understandable for being father’s day. Unfortunately half our party didn’t get food at all, some got it after the rest was done eating. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place especially after the manager had a chance to make it right on a $1000 tab and couldn’t say sorry or say here $20 off for the inconvenience. Not a way to run the business. Last time I eat here.

I’ve been going to El charco for years since they first opened. This place has definitely evolved over the years! It’s always had a great vibe and great food! I love the servers they are so sweet and kind. They treat you with respect and show that they care you enjoy your time with them. I recently went to dinner with a friend and celebrated my birthday . Monika was my server and she made sure we were well taken care of. Our food was on time, food was fresh and delicious. Monika brought out a bday cake for me w/ a presentation. I used to come here very often until recently, their service has gone very downhill. I placed an order for pick up, received a message it was ready and when I showed up I still was waiting 10 mins for them to hand me my order and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. As I’m driving back home I realized one of the salsas wasn’t closed properly and it spilled all over the bag and I was also missing my tortillas. Food was cold and didn’t have any flavor. I won’t be coming back here again.

Aguachile did not taste good, we got verde and negro and they both lacked flavor. Taco meat had no flavor at all. On top of all that forced to pay 18% gratuity for party of 4 and an additional 4% for using my debit card.
