Ordered a latte and didn’t realize until I drove away that I was given iced coffee—again. Ordering here in the afternoon/evening specifically is frustrating, and the attitude at the drive-thru makes it worse. If you’re paying for a specific drink, double check before leaving. This location needs better order accuracy and consistency.

After 2years of going to this Dunkin’ Donuts because it is close and convenient I’m no longer going. The staff is always unpleasant and they never greet you ever they look at you like you’re crazy if you speak up on it. Plus They have the audacity to always burn muffins and croissants so you have to go back and re-order. Please give these group of people some training.
