Plethora of options to choose from - customizable platters and so many different protein options. I got their big plate piled till it was at risk of collapsing, stacked high with choice of rice and beans (I chose yellow rice and black beans), and choice of protein (I chose lechon/roasted pork). There was easily over a pound of meat on my plate and every bite was succulent, tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The bits of skin were crunchy, crispy, and added a very nice contrast of textur
