What started off as a good start to our meal sadly did not end that way. The Beer Pretzel with Beer Cheese was delicious. A pretzel with a crispy exterior ropped with salt and a soft pillowy center made this the perfect way to start our meal. Then the Big Tex burger arrived, which was topped with a Texas Twinkie. This was a jalapeño pepper stuffed with brisket and cream cheese and then wrapped in bacon. Divine. After that, the meal wasn't close to being delicious. Stopped at Deez Butts wanting some brisket. Ordered the brisket plate with greens and cabbage and polish sausage. The brisket was came in larger cubes and were a little dry as if they had been reheated and/or had been cut up earlier and left under a warmer. There were only two thin slices of sausage in with the cabbage. I definitely would return.

We ordered 2 pork sandwiches, one with waffle fries and the other Mac n cheese. Also, an order of fried pickles. The fried pickles were the best part of the meal. The Mac n cheese was OK. My wife said the fries were "just OK and like the the ones from the bottom of the bag." What should've been the star of the show was the pork. It was not.
