I ordered Uber eats The food came to me cold which was the drivers fault. But the wake up wraps were overcooked and tough I usually order my ice coffee at work But I was home today and thought Dunkin sounds good. The poor quality of the food and the Uber Eats driver getting my food to me almost an hour later causing it to turn cold really ruined my breakfast As well as the fact none of my food was bagged properly. Leaving it open for exposed in the dribers car I expect better bagging handled differently and sealed or something

I am a frequent customer to Dunkin. I get a big smile on my face when I see either Tara or Matthew is working. They always make my drink PERFECT!!! . If my drink was made incorrectly they were quick to apologize and correct the mistake. Mistake do happen but I would have to say that 99% of the time it's always right. I appreciate the level of customer service I receive. Nita who usually cooks the food always turn smiles and waves. If not busy she will take a few seconds to come say Hi. Just a great group of people.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts ahead online 12 Boston Cream and 12 Long John's. They couldn't complete my order they only had 6 of each. They offered a refund for the other dozen but I just took an assorted dozen of whatever they had left because I didn't want to tell half the people they can't eat. They told me if I wanted an order like that I would have to put it in the day before. I've never heard of preplanned donuts and I didn't think I ordered a ridiculous amount. It would be different if it was an occasional issue here but it's not, they are always out of something.

Took them 20+ minutes in the drive through to get someone a single small bag and a drink. When we pulled up they didn't even know what we ordered so at that point we just left. It's like this everytime and the few times we've gotten food it has been burnt. And two times we've pulled up the manager has been yelling at the young girls there. The owner is a joke.
