We went through the drive-thru. We ordered the "hot 🔥 & spicy" wings. They told us it would take 11-15 minutes to the order is ready. They were RIGHT (unfortunately)! It took some time. I tell you the "juice was not worth the squeeze." The wings were meh. More crispy breading than taste. And the "Comeback" sauce did not help.

I had a delivery today. Chicken tender meal. It was disgusting. I have never given a bad review for KFC but must today. The chicken was far from fresh. Hard outer layer and dry inner. The potato wedges were not fresh. Limp and cold. The biscuit was the only thing edible. Gave this to my dog.

Chris is awesome. Had a small issue and when I called he knew exactly what it was before I could finish my sentence and made it right. Props to Chris as a person who has worked in food service for 20 years. Totally respect this guy and hope he gets the appreciation from this store that he deserves.
