Hair in my salad :( I order mobile app for pick up and discovered this once I made it to my office and mixed my salad. Disgusting and disappointing. I don’t want to waste my gas to go back for a refund or for a new salad. So I’m stuck starving at work.

Me and me family love chicken filet. We were in their town for a water Polo tournament. Decided to stop to get food on the way out. The service was awesome. The food was great. The lady at the window was very nice and polite. Did a little small talk? Because I had a big order. They nailed it. Everything was in there. Nothing was wrong. Great service for a busy day, Memorial Day weekend. Keep up the good work chick-fil-a.

I bought the Spicy chicken boneless 8.95.. it was NOT HOT and the chicken was just off didn't taste right and was stringy. they gave me a new hot sandwich but the chicken was the same. I think this is bio engineering at its finest. won't go back. ty
