So we went yesterday January 31st around 5:00 p.m. to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were a group of seven people and when we arrived the space was not too full maybe another four tables that have been set in the restaurant. The Ambiance itself is surprising because on the outside you would not expect it to be so sophisticated is the word I'm going to use when you walk in. The beautiful Walnut color tables the chairs that felt super nice and even the benches had a beautiful golden color to them. In addition the table settings that were used were wonderful because it designs on the plates

Ordered literally almost all their menu items, we are the Brambila family. We always come here and are greeted with the most heartwarming hospitality, we love Fujiya! Best Japanese food in town, fresh ingredients and unique dishes. Always get their salad and stuffed mushrooms! 10/10 service 10/10 food 10/10 atmosphere

Friendly staff. They clear empty dishes very quickly. You get a gift when you spend over a certain dollar limit. Food was beautifully presented. I got to try the bbq albacore and miso soup only so my food review is only for those items. Might be back to try the rolls.

Fujiya is the perfect sushi spot in Elk Grove. Fresh, beautifully prepared fish, thoughtful presentation, and a menu that delivers every time. If you’re familiar with sushi in the greater Sacramento area, I’d rank it above Mikuni and just slightly below Kru….which is high praise. The specialty rolls are creative without being over the top, the nigiri is melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and the service is always friendly and attentive. Whether you’re here for a casual dinner or posted up at the sushi bar for something special, Fujiya never disappoints.
