Had a great experience at Rathskeller. The atmosphere feels warm and authentic, with a classic German vibe that makes the place unique. The staff was friendly and attentive, answering questions clearly and helping with menu choices. We ordered items without pork, and they were very accommodating about it. This restaurant was above and beyond. Our server was fantastic. Really funny, and attentive. I wish I remembered their name, not on the receipt either unfortunately, but we were the 5 girls sitting in the corner booth on 4/21. Anyway the food was spectacular. I got the rathskiller shot and gin lavender lemon cocktail and it was the best cocktail I’ve had in a while. Crab pretzel is a must… twice the $ as the buttered pretzel but worth every penny. It was our first time at this restaurant. The food is really good. We had the party platter and everything tasted amazing. I grew up eating German food and every bite took me back to my childhood. The staff is super nice and attentive. Definitely a must go place for those who enjoy German food.

Came in here for a nice solo Lunch. Met the Bar manager Joe, super cool guy. Loved the vibes in here and it’s only a 5-10 minute drive to patapsco state park! I got the Chicken Schnitzel, German Potato Salad and the German Slaw. It immensely satisfied the German Food craving I have been having recently. A big bonus is their curry ketchup which I found to be wonderfully palatable with the rest of the meal! 10/10 recommend!
