I asked for a large coke girl gave me a small still. Kept saying my codes didn’t work but my app wouldn’t let me use them because they put it in their system. They like to cheat people on their money. I called asking for a manager the woman put the phone down until some teenager picked it up and hung up. I’m pregnant on the road PISSED!!!

Fresh made fast food and not the under the lamp for 3 hours fast food. Great staff, friendly, professional and brought food to our table. Also the children's playground was very much enjoyed by my granddaughter. Restaurants lobby and play area was very clean due to the very present and busy maintenance staff member. This is the 8062 HWY 64, Bartlett, TN location # 29 @ 1:30 pm on a Friday.

Got charged for sauces i never received. The cashier was to busy making inappropriate comments about my fiance. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Got charged for food I didn't get. And didn't want to say anything to a employee who is making my visit uncomfortable.

We travel a lot for work, and even back home I usually dread going to McDonald’s because it’s almost always a bad experience. But this is the first one that’s actually fast, fresh, and friendly. I didn’t even have to argue for a receipt, which I need for work. Honestly, we’re thinking about moving to this area, and this McDonald’s alone is a selling point 😩
