I ordered through the mobile app and both of my quesadillas were burnt, no extra jalapeno sauce that I paid for, potatoes had sour cream even thought I requested no sour cream. I also paid for extra cheese sauce on the potatoes which I definitely didn’t receive. I’ve called the location to resolve and no one is able to help me. Never again. I added multiple hot and mild sauce packets- received ZERO of any sauce. I called Saturday after I picked up and they told me to call back Sunday. I called Sunday and someone took my phone number for a call back and nothing has been resolved.

I was reading some reviews and seeing the franchise group saying “this is very important to us” but clearly nothing has changed. I went today. One car in front of me and took 20 minutes. The order was completely wrong (we ordered 2 things). If you want to customize anything don’t use this location. They just can’t understand what something like “no sour cream” means. Asking for a soft taco means crunchy. Asking for hot sauce means mild. Asking for the new orange packet means you get the green packet. Overall unbelievable to be this inept. Go to any other location.

The other time I bought food for my kids here, and my daughter saw that from her taco, was hanging a ball of hair that was sticking all the way from the inside. This was a disgusting view and I had to throw away all my other tacos because I couldn’t deal with the face that there could’ve been something else in the rest of them.

I also have a hard time believing the last few times I came to this location this multibillion $ company couldn't make my change. Seems to me you all have a thief working your drive-thru ... I'm not petty over some loose change , however, if she's saying that to most the customers she interacts with every shift I bet it adds up. I wont come back to this location. If you're going to pocket change from your customers, at least learn how to not be hateful for no reason .... I wouldn't even be leaving a review if it weren't for your attitude.
