We visited Bowlero in Ellicott City and were assigned a lane and sit a nearby table upon arrival. Although the facility was generally adequate, it appeared outdated, and the restroom was not clean. A large group of children nearby was extremely loud and disruptive, but staff did not appear to address the situation. We were also disappointed by our interaction with a representative named Krystal, who asked us to move to a table in the back after we had already been seated for more than an hour and was in the middle of our second games. OK, a 4 may be a bit harsh, because the staff there has been consistently great. The parent company is a bit 'cheap' if you ask me. They do maintain the lanes and pin setters well, but, for an example, my league had to bowl on lanes that had not been oiled for a couple days. Kudos to the staff for getting machine from another house. So, even though they have many leagues, apparently they can't have a second lane machine. Bottom line: a great staff that does their best to serve their many leagues, despite some lack of resources.

Great bowling lanes and food. The service was great and the place was clean. This is a great bowling alley to bring your family and have a good time. I will be brining my family again. The food was delicious also. Yes it’s all fried but at least the oil was clean.

Came here Saturday with friends and had a great time. Thought the pricing was reasonable, shoes were okay (they had socks too), drinks were good (there’s a bar—they have beer towers!) and had enough bowling balls for us to use.
