Ordered a bowl with 5 toppings along with the chicken, rice and beans. Unfortunately the only thing in the bowl was the chicken, rice, and beans. None of the other requested toppings. When I went to put in a rating and comment on Door Dash, I noticed quite a few similar comments that I wished id have seen before.

I wish people would take food safety and cleanliness more seriously. While in line I watched a staff member (making food) scratch/dig in her hair with gloves on, did not change gloves and continued to make the to-go order. Making burritos and pushing food into burritos and bowls is common so this is definitely spreading germs.

Yet another establishment asking for tips. These people are hourly employees like myself. Im sure minimum wage whatever that is but its the fact they make your food as the position requires and still wants tips from the patrons. We could all just stay away and so would their jobs and the establishment. Perhaps look for better jobs or better yet, the employer needs to pay more.

LOVE this location, so clean and well put together compared to most fast food places, and the food is legit fresh and seasoned. The GM, Vanessa, is amazing and actually present.
