Never been until I moved to Winter Haven. Now, I can't stop going. Love Chick Fil A. This place is incredible. The drive thru is impressive, in and out in a flash. Love the food. The grilled chicken sandwich is delicious. Also the Cool Wrap and grilled chicken nuggets, beyond good. I ate the waffle fries before I got home. They were warm and delicious. Also, the chocolate chip cookie, could eat 3 of them. I met Noah in the drive thru the other day and I can't say enough about him. He is a wonderful young man, very thorough, pleasant and helpful. Chick fil a is a great place.

After having the worst experience ever at R b's, we drove over to chick. FIL a and never have. I seen such a polite and professional and warm young lady. As we found ourselves meeting at chick filet, her name was Trinity. She was charming, she was professional. She even suggested some good deals to order. And we loved the dragon fruit drink big up to Trinity. What a shame that other restaurants cannot offer such a level of service. 2 thumbs down to R b's for the rudest and nastiest person ever beware. Spicy chicken sandwich was ono (delicious). I did dip it in the honey mustard sauce. You don't need the sauce it's good all on it's own. The mac & cheese was (da bomb) 😋 huge explosion in da mouth. Warms your tummy. Waffle fries and sweet tea. Customer service was excellent staff brought our food to us, one of the manager she looked like a manager she asked if everything is ok, if we needed anything, she even refilled our drinks. I came through on a Wednesday afternoon thinking it was just gonna be a regular experience. I accidentally had my card locked and I was accompanied by Allan and Kenzie, who gave me no trouble at all. They made it a wonderful experience and made me laugh. Allan definitely deserves a raise, and Kenzie deserves to be where she’s at in management. Both of these workers went above and beyond to give me a great experience at this location. Whenever I’m craving Chick-fil-A I’m going to make sure to see if Kenzie or Allen is around so I can say hi to either of them. Absolutely a wonderful experience!
