We had an incredible experience trying out this spot, and it is easily some of the most delicious Cuban food we have ever had. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive from the moment we walked in. We decided to try multiple items across the menu, and honestly, absolutely nothing disappointed. My husband even commented that the flavors were completely authentic, taking him right back to the taste of traditional street vendors in Cuba. The only downside is that the building itself could use a little love. But again, the food is a total triumph and I absolutely need to come back and enjoy

Food was fantastic. Brought me back to my childhood, with all the wonderful flavors in the food. Portions sizes are great. Desserts were our favorite. Best coconut flan I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back with more people.

Ordered the pollo asado with rice and sweet plantains. The sides were good. The chicken left a lot to be desired. Pollo asado should be grilled and stewed but this gave the appearance of boiled chicken with sauce drizzled on top. Looked nothing like what they have in their ads and menu pictures. It tasted ok. I’ll probably be back to give this place another try because I love Cuban food, but today missed the mark. Edit: I don’t like to edit my reviews but given the owners response, I suppose I should. To say that we’ve had better Cuban food is a huge understatement. We ordered the roast chicken with rice and black beans, a side of maduros and a garden salad takeout. The maduros were great. But instead of the roast chicken dinner, we got a bland and overboiled piece of chicken breast, white rice that wasn’t cooked, and no black beans. And I’m posting a picture of the sauce containers because they were only filled a quarter of the way.
