Please someone corporate read this review!!! This location is absolutely disgusting. Garbage everywhere, spilled drinks that have been so long it's almost dried up. Waited just over 30 minutes for food that they gave to someone else that fingured the food up and wouldn't replace it with food some random person didn't touch. Food came out colder then room temp and that's saying a lot since the a/c units they have running are set at 61' when it's 30 out side. Soda dispenser gave me some nice green/black mushy booger looking stuff in the ice. Kids play zone is even worst then the lobby. Nothing's

No matter if you order inside, in the drive through, or ahead on the mobile app you will be waiting 30 minutes to an hour for food. The food is often cold or hard from sitting out to long. I just ordered 20 minutes ahead of time on the app, waited in the drive through for twenty minutes in silence before getting a worker. Waited another 20 minutes in line. The woman at the counter just asked "what did you get?" I used my points to get a free 10 piece and only was given 6 chicken nuggets in a 10 piece box. The shamrock shack is purely only vanilla ice cream in the middle and not mixed at all. M

Probably the slowest McDonalds in the whole universe. Except 45+ minutes to get one simple order. They will always say they are understaffed, like at all times. Avoid this place at all costs unless you would like to spend an hour there. Inside there is nice kid play zone.

I have placed two online orders for this location both of which were lost. The second lost order was never fulfilled and we waited over 30 minutes with no help from any staff. We ended up leaving with my card being charged as no one could tell us what time our order would be ready after having placed the order at 522. We left at 610. It is no help there is no one in the front to help.
