Cin V★★★★★This is probably the third time I have been here and I just had a flavor explosion in my mouth!!! The scallop foie gras was AHHHHHMAZING!!! I lived in Japan for over a decade and I can always tell how the food is going to be by the miso soup and... The miso soup is homemade PERFECT. Also, The lettuce black cod is so good! Service is very good and every time I come here, they are super friendly and will let you know everything about the menu. Fast service, great prices, good happy hour (such a plus they stay open until 3 am!). Clean, nice restaurant. I would come back here JUST for the scallop

Late at night at 2am, this place hits the spot with the delicious affordable happy hour options and don't even dare skip on your first time the Sashimi Wrap, and the Truffle Bone Marrow with the Filet Mignon is to die for. This place with all respects deserves a Michelin star, the chef ED and the team knows how to deliver. I have been to this place over 4 times and it's been so consistent, and ORGASMIC!

Also ordered the truffle marrow filet with foie gras, miso soup, and white rice. The combination of the bone marrow, foie gras, filet, and yuzu sauce was delicious. The sparkling jelly sake was also delicious. Finished off with the banana harumaki which was divine. Service was wonderful, I enjoyed every recommendation.
