Unbelievable. My child who ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch was blindsided with a long piece of plastic in their food. Not only an extreme choking hazard, but there is zero excuse why that made it through the cook line to be served at all.

So disappointing!!! I ordered a classic luxe box, grilled cheese burrito, and nacho fries. GUESS WHAT I RECIEVED? LESS THAN HALF OF MY ORDER. How do you manage to miss an entire box meal? I don't care if it's skeleton hour or busy in the day, customers deserve what they spent money on! P.S this is no hate to the DoorDashers. It's all on the employees!!!

I visited the drive-thru around 2:30 AM, and the employee working the window had fantastic customer service. Despite it being so late, he was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and handed off the order with a great attitude. Great late-night crew!

Good place to go to but the food is a little on the less side. Less food for the money now and the quality has gone down drastically. Sorry still bad
