I went here on Easter Sunday, wanted crabs and never usually go to this place.. waited in line for about 15-20 mins… so unorganized with the crabs! Long story short, i ordered over the phone, got Medium crabs 55$ a dozen , got hone every last crab was dead, bad whatever you call it… On top of that they had to be small not medium. If i know my product is not up to par I'm sorry I'm not selling bad items, especially food, granted with crabs it could be a hit or miss, but Y'all feel then things when y'all pick them up… Of course you wont always get good crabs but this was so horrible, i’m so disa

I paid $83 for eighteen medium female crabs. By the time I drove home they were already cooled off. They were either over cooked or re-steamed, and dry. There were too many crabs without legs. Very disappointing. I called to speak to someone and was unable to reach anyone. Too many other crab places to choose from to return to Steamin Demon.
