I go here often since I live near by. It used to be so good. But the staff they have now is just concerningly not ok. They will literally do the opposite of what you ask. Things like, extra sauce apparently means no sauce. If they don’t have something they won’t tell you, you just won’t get it. They seem more concerned with running their mouths and playing around than paying attention to what they’re doing… Today I got a tray of quesadillas with cheese, almost no chicken and 0 sauce when I asked for extra. The childish individuals whom service well paying customers at the window should be reprimanded. The line is so long due to the laughing and not paying attention to customers order therefore the requested orders are to be repeated which causes a delay. I'm extremely grateful for the manager whom stepped up and took over because omg.

Where’s the walk up door? Drive through line was short but definitely picked the wrong line. Hushpuppies are good, wish I had more in a separate container. Burger is very empty, where’s my vegetables? Need a menu before the mic, would definitely shorten the line

I like this cook out. The workers are always really nice, even when they’re busy, and my food is always so nice and fresh. They don’t skimp on the sauce, either—they always give me more when I ask for extra.
