Horrible customer service and drive thru service made me wait long time when there was no car they won’t give order to me online pick up order . Today 5:45am thu April 23 please check the camera and see all cars before me have left dozens of them and they still making me wait long time for pick up. The girl in the drive thru window was absolutely rude and unwilling to serve and give me my uber orders maybe out of jealousy or discrimination. I feel totally helpless and unpleasant I’m calling uber support to report as well. Furthermore I’m not going to eat at this store for this horrible trea

Yesterday I went to the establishment at approximately 9:30 p.m. I had just gotten off of a plane after a long delay. I hadn’t eaten dinner and was starving. I was surprised to see how their whole system is automated. I ordered my food without difficulty and was quickly trying to add some ketchup to the container so I could eat some food while driving home. A gentleman, I’m guessing the manager, stepped to the window and nicely told me I was “ruining his time” by sitting in the driveway. He wasn’t rude. He was quite courteous. I’ve eaten at Bojangles every time I’ve traveled to South Caroli

2026 Review- This was my second visit to this location, and this time I placed my order using the kiosk inside the restaurant. The ordering process was quick, smooth, and easy to navigate. When my food was ready, a gentleman at the front counter personally brought it to me, which I appreciated. My entire meal was very good. However, I will say that the fries I had on my previous visit were even better. They reminded me of Popeyes’ Cajun fries, but with a flavor I enjoyed more. The fries I received this time were still good, but those first fries were easily five-star worthy on their own. I’m
