We placed a large order at 10:30 at night, they had a sign stating they were short staffed and to use the drive thru. Not only was our food fresh and ready on time, but the wonderful lady Dominique that worked the drive thru was so kind. The staff that worked tonight definitely deserves praise.

I have been to this location before. The staff is nice but extremely overworked. Food is just Okay. Frustrated they closed their dining area early and did not put a closed sign up. Ended up not getting anything. Their drive thru is open but I wanted to look at their box ice cream selection. They closed the dining area atleast 2hrs early. Disappointing.

This is definitely not Chick-fil-A. Customer service training is needed. I went to the drive thru to order. I said what I wanted and she was what was that and then I repeated the order she said drive to window. I said thank you and she said huh hmm. No thank you back or nothing. Sad! Customer service is the driving force behind any business. I got to window and Jamare. He turned my 3 star into 5 stars great Customer service. I'm sure I missed spelled his name.

The tacos were very skimpy and the fries tasted not cooked. The blizzard is not what I wanted. It was the worse experience ever. I told her I wanted a banana split blizzard and she said it wasn’t possible and I’ve gotten one forever. She didn’t make my chicken strips buffalo until I had to ask. Her name is Kaitlin Galloway. She is not a good employee. I paid for basically a terrible experience. Do not go to this location. They don’t care about you coming back as a repeat customer.
