Lovely place to dine with friends, or for a solo date. I ended up being solo due to my friend oversleeping & me jumping the gun getting seated beforehand. The waitress was nice & had a good laugh with me about it, I'm also grateful she didn't pay any less attention to me because it got busier & there were large parted coming in but she remained consistently attentive. Visiting the city for the first time and I’m impressed 😀 The atmosphere here was relaxed and peaceful. The food was great. Fried pickles are one of my favorites and these pickles didn’t disappoint. The portion sizes are great and the server was so helpful. The dining room and the bathroom were both very clean. Thanks for the hospitality TX❣️

We came in around 2:30 on New Year's Day, as a party of 4. Despite arriving 30 minutes before close, the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. A 5th member of our party joined around 2:45, which is honestly pushing it, yet the waitress showed no frustration, only kindness. We left with either empty plates or to go boxes -- food was awesome with generous portions. I ordered the chicken & waffle with their housemade honey butter, with was phenomenal. I saw tiktoks and I read the reviews. You literally have to come and experience it for yourself! But literally the best omelet I've ever had! I had the Cajun Shrimp Omlet and literally 10000/10 I had both my besties take a bite to make sure I wasnt tripping on how phenomenal the taste was. I will say they definitely charge for every little thing so be prepared but hey it's 2026 we charging to breathe now a days so 🤷🏾‍♀️😂. I did have an incident where I found sausage on my plate and was only discounted 10% its not that I wanted money taken off just more courtesy to those who dont eat meat. T
