This Shop has become a quick favorite of mine. The coffee is delicious and so are the smoothies. I usually order the humboldt veggie bagel on a fresh gluten free bagel. The staff is kind and friendly. Reasonably priced with local ingredients. They support local businesses also.(delicious Hum yum caramel) They take the time to make sure your order is just perfect. It is not unusual to see the manager working right alongside his crew. Give yourself a treat and stop by this humboldt gem.

Great coffee and bagel/breakfast sandwhich stop! We came here passing through while driving the coast. Their breakfast sandwiches are highly customizable, and all ingredients cooked well and fresh, so if you don’t like your sandwich here, it’s on you. Mine was great, with bacon, egg, cheese and some veggies on an everything. My latte was great too, and I wish I was in town longer to try their cold brews and pour overs. The folks working here, including the owner, were really nice and helpful. I would definitely stop by again if in the area.

Super friendly! We were passing through, from Seattle. They had a really nice menu with a lot of yummy food options. I liked the organic syrups and coffee, and the straws made from recycled coffee beans. The white mocha tastes better than any other place I've tried. Plus, he gave my dog a treat he liked. Stu’s has been added to my list of regular places to hit when in Eureka. My wife and I appreciated the slower paced coffee drive thru that offered a full food menu. Great assortment of drinks, many you won’t find elsewhere. I love that they use local products in their drinks and sandwich’s, the spicy turkey on a cheddar bagel was one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve had. If you’re driving by , be sure to stop by.
