One star off only because it’s fast food. For a BK they are GREAT every time! Food is hot, made to order, tastes good, they have the impossible whopper, (pray they add jr), and some really good cheese sticks. They also have a cool menu now. Definitely recommend in the Waterloo area.

I ordered through the app, got a Whopper meal and one of the options is to get it fresh off the grill. I actually sat there and watched the guy make it and he didn't grab the meat off the grill, he grabbed it out of the little bucket of meat they have and I hadn't noticed them putting any fresh ones in during the 10 minutes I was waiting. Other than that he put the correct toppings on it. The inside seemed fine, it wasn't all messy or anything. Food was good, as expected. But when we ordered, there was a promotion for a drink cup that came with certain meals. I inquired about the Whopper meal and asked if it did indeed come with the cup. I was told yes, so I ordered it and stepped away so that the rest of my family could order. When our food arrived, no cup. When I asked about it, I was told that it only came with the special Whopper meal and I had ordered just the regular Whopper meal. So I offered to pay the difference which they wouldn't allow as it only came with the promo meal. No apologies, no empathy, just a harsh you ordered

Everytime we've came here the food has always been hot. Yes they've forgot some items before but what fast food hasn't. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night when they're busy then order the bare minimum or you will not get everything you ordered. Any other day or night haven't had any issues.
