Buffalo cauliflowers were slightly breaded and fried accompanied by carrots and a light ranch sauce. Thai salad 🥗 yum 😋 the tofu was perfectly crisp topped with very fresh ingredients pulled together by the Asian vinaigrette. How cute is the little note. 🦋💗🥰

The burgers are fair but I prefer Beyond over Impossible for plant-based meat. Impossible is genetically modified. Their fries are decent but would like to see sweet potato fries or other healthier options on their menu.

The salads are so rich with different ingredients of different textures and flavor. My favorites are the fried cauliflower, the fried tofu and the sweet potato fries. The smoothie is also very fresh.
