Went to Table to Stix for the first time and definitely will be back. The ramen was really good and had a lot of flavor without being too salty like some places. The Brussels sprouts were honestly one of the best things we ordered. It was super crispy and addictive. The chicken karaage was also really good and crispy on the outside while still juicy inside. The restaurant itself felt cozy and relaxed, and the staff was friendly the whole time. Overall just a really solid spot if you’re craving ramen in Evanston.

What began from a ramen craving and a spur of the moment pick (it was the closest ramen spot when I was in the area), turned out to be a happy accident! We've gone here multiple times throughout the last decade and we have always loved it. We always get two different ramens (typically the classic tonkotsu and the shoyu pork) and a bun flight to share.
