I’m absolutely appalled by what happened to me tonight , I’ve tried to call but of course I get no answer, i only received 4 spicy chickens and our fries .. this is my order and I only received half of that .. they parked me because I asked for them fresh and I informed them that I didn’t mind to wait for fresh and then I waited 20 plus minutes and and then decided to pull back around and they said “ we didn’t know where your parked at “ after they instructed us where to park smh .. so not only are we missing half our order , everything was cold .. and the chickens were far from fresh , they

All I can say is that the food at Rally's is always great always phenomenal always fresh always hot and the staff particularly Jason this visit were a blast and offered great customer service. Especially with my little furry friend. Thank you Jason on night shift I hope I'm spelling your name right.

F this rally’s, wasted 30 minutes waiting for food I BOUGHT but never received. Your employee tried to lie and say he never took my order when he literally told me to wait in front of the building for my food. Literally have the receipt and the drink he gave me 😒. Then yells at me and tells me to leave because I wanted a refund then slams the window in my face. That started an uproar with the other 7 vehicles (witnesses) he told to wait in front of the building for their food. They’ve been waiting just as long. Shame on the other employees for not stepping in when this worker clearly gets ove

Everything was exactly how we ordered it. The burgers were hot and fresh which I was worried since we last had ate at a Rallys! The chicken bite boxes could have been better tbey were over cooked.
