Not a terrible place but probably not coming back. I liked the tonkotsu ramen. It wasnt salty. That's about it. Chicken Paitan Ramen was horrible. I don't know if the chicken breast was supposed to be sour. Tasted spoiled. Or maybe it was. They should change spicy ramen to kimchi ramen since you can't taste anything but kimchi (which didn't taste authentic at all). Green tea is $3?! I know we can refill but still. I came in as a solo diner around 5:45pm. The staff were nothing but friendly and inviting! I ordered the "Im starving" meal, which came with a bowl of Ramen, a rice and pork bowl, 4 gyoza, and a soy egg. The gyoza were hot, crispy, and a great portion for the cost of the meal. Really good when dipped in the Sauce they come with! The ramen was decently seasoned. The noodles were well cooked, the pork was delicious, and the bamboo shoots were tender! We ordered delivery through DoorDash and were highly impressed! The packaging was incredibly sturdy, ensuring absolutely nothing spilled during transit. This was a good find in downtown Everett. We came right around opening time, so the place was still a little empty. You notice the pink tree right away and something to note is they keep this tree very clean. We got sat right away and the server was very quick to bring water to the table.
