“Good food, fresh and hot, pleasant service”

Upon leaving the drive thru, we found the fries to be lukewarm at best. On my immediate return to the drive-thru, the conversation thru the soaker went as follows: me: "Hi,I was just through the drive-thru less that 5 minutes ago, and the the large fries in our order were lukewarm at best. I was going I could exchange these for some fresh *hot* fries?" Them: "Well, those fries were made just fresh." Me: "But they really weren't." Them: "But they were." Me: "Okay, are we not going to exchange these fries?" I was met with silence. I then backed out of the drive-thru. Upon further inspection

The food was warm and good. But the dinning room has that new erra of McDonalds that's like "What? Why did you come in side? Get your food and get out of here". A bunch of touch screens to order from, nobody up front if you need something, no drink machine, locked bathroom with nobody to easilly get the code for. I don't know if I'm just getting old but McDonalds feels more and more distopian in the dinning room.

This is probably the smallest and inconvenient restaurant I been to in Washington. This place is extremely small and the front entrance seems to only have pickup parking and the side parking (only 10 spaces) are all filled, probably half by employees. I had to park on the side parking, then had to walk down pass the drive through which was not convenient. I ordered mcgriddles meal with hash brown and soda. I was so surprised how small the sandwhich was, and I admit it has been couple years since I even had Mcdonalds! Prices getting higher while portions getting smaller. Lame. Inside was very c

Good is usually good but they do me up your order quite a bit at this location. Service is HORRIBLE. When I needed to pay for my food, (cause if you pay with cash you have to take your ticket after using there machine to order to cashier to finish your order so it actually is on there screen to make it) they literally will look at you when your waiting by cashier to pay for your order and when I tell them that I need to pay they don't tell any one one second or I'll be with you shortly as a courteous to the customers. They just ignore you until customers start getting upset and start to get lo
