Raising Cane's

I love raising Cane’s, but the delivery fee is $8.99 to my house so I don’t order it. I was in the area running errands and decided to stop. I’m praying this is a one off and the quality overall isn’t going down. The tenders are extremely fatty, over breaded to cover it up and fries were super salty. I live 30 minutes away, so I’m just gonna toss it, but this definitely will make me think again about stopping the next time.

If I can rate it a 0 I would they gave me undone chicken tenders they was gooey in the middle and I said fried hard in the request. I called the restaurant they put manager on the phone asked for a replacement why would I want a replacement for some tenders that’s a safety concern already? The manager said the restaurant doesn’t like to issue out refunds and did provide me with a number to contact. However I feel like it’s the restaurant problem to address the customer issue rather it is compensation or a replacement. It was their job to make sure notes and instructions were followed it should

I would first like to say thank you for Kane's establishing a very clean environment both for the bathrooms and the dining area period as a full-time teacher and a doctoral student that's full-time. Having a place to work that's dining area stays open. Late is very helpful for me period I have my own headphones and I'm able to work Up until 12, where I can still get a good night rest. I am definitely purchasing food and feel that I should be treated with respect period having someone floating around you sweeping around you and trying to discourage you from staying is very irritating. This place was great! The food, the service, the quality and the speed were all on point! I went into Raising Cane's thinking the sauce was going to taste similar to Mac sauce but boy was I wrong. I would say it has a slight lemony/sweet and sour taste. Either way the sauce was the boss! I highly recommend and would definitely return.
