Long time residents of Fair Oaks and we haven't tried this restaurant until this tonight. The ambiance is nice. The lead in the dining room was wearing a red chef jacket and his personality was outstanding. Super friendly and made our restaurant experience. We had a lady and another gentleman in all black serving us as well. They are clearly a team here. We ordered crab cheese puff appetizer, black pepper chicken, an the Singapore Rice Noodles. They were all delicious, all large portions, and more than enough for 2 of us. We are pleased we tried one of our local restaurants and will be back.

I had a fantastic experience here. The food was clearly made fresh to order—everything came out hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Ordered the hot and sour soup, General Tso chicken, Chow Mein, and Sichuan Beef-all were delicious! The ingredients tasted high quality, and I didn’t feel overly heavy or greasy like you sometimes do with Chinese food. Service was friendly and efficient as well. A little pricier than your typical Chinese restaurant, but the large portions and awesome customer service justify the higher prices. I'm so happy to have found my new favorite Chinese restaurant. I was driving the length of California on Christmas Day and the place I wanted to go to turned out to be closed. I was driving from Oregon so I didn't call ahead at that point. This place was nearby (less than 3 miles) so I called and someone immediately picked up the phone. The greeter confirmed they were open and I was on my way shortly. This place is open on Christmas Day, it was extremely busy on Christmas Day. I'm not sure if it's normally that busy or if it's because they are open on a major holiday. The AI summary is accurate. The portions are huge and sharing is a good idea. I attem
