The "food" I received today was an absolute disgrace, especially for the $15 I paid out for a breakfast burrito and a 12 oz latte. This breakfast burrito wasn't just bad, it was HORRIBLE! I specifically ordered it with bacon and only was there no bacon, but there also wasn’t even a shred of meat in it. Look at the picture! What exactly am I paying for? A tortilla filled with air and disappointment? Your service is clearly failing! It makes me wonder if you're actively trying to drive customers away and go out of business. Got hooked on their lattes. They're pretty quick. Love coming here because the crew here has a great attitude and they're always friendly. I've gone to plenty of other places but the smiles here sets them apart. Good food too! Easy pull thru. Give them a try.

It’s a cute little shop and it’s always got a long line so I figured I’d try it out since it seems so popular. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how rude the staff was, then I got my drink and breakfast burrito. Man! That was a disgusting excuse for a breakfast burrito. I can’t believe this place is as popular as it is. Definitely go to ANY other coffee hut in town.

What a busy place Bucko’s! I got an XL Locomo iced, on a warm August morning. I was pleased with the great sweet flavor and it certainly jumpstarted the rest of my morning! I am not from Fairbanks and had a long drive ahead so thank you for helping me! The ladies were friendly A+ to all staff. I got my wife a hot chocolate with whip on the straw! That was different and I appreciated that. The drink itself fell a bit……but I look passed that as it added to points towards why she needs to come over to the coffee side of drinks. So I am not mad at all.
