a b★★★★★Mmmm Gooood. Hunger might be the best sauce but you'll change you're mind after trying the au jus at Joe's. We shared a freshly cooked roast beef sandwich stacked a mile high with all the trimmings. It was served with a huge portion of steaming hot au jus. Kinda gobsmacked with this dinner. It's under the Fairfield archway sign in old town.

Their oven in the back will handle tons of briskets at the same time, it is a convayer belt oven made to keep producing the meet. We had the roast beef and I want back to American cheese which I probably should not have because the roast beef is so delicate that artificial flavor changed the flavor a little. The sandwich comes with Aju and canned green beens, the best flavor ever. Time warp, it was downtown Fairfield and it was empty but this place was busy. Loved it, came here 15 years
