I had such a great experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru thanks to Kai and Kiki! Even without going inside, their energy and kindness came through right over the speaker and at the window. They were super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. Everything was quick, smooth, and handled with such a positive attitude—it honestly made me feel like I was truly family! I recently went to this restaurant pretty late at night right before closing. I was worried they would deny my order since it was late but thankfully Kai gave me some outstanding service and was very nice when taking my order! They really made my night after a long day at work. Of course I have to give my shouts to the chef as well, Kiki! I truly had a good experience for the first time in awhile at a fast food restaurant.

I must shout out the staff here - came through on a Friday night, ordered online, went through the drive through, got home and noticed one of the more expensive tacos was missing. Went back a little perturbed and walked in and let them know. They were apologetic and more than made up for it by adding 2 of those tacos on top of the one they missed with an extra sauce. Very kind and I appreciated their custome service skills very much! To Shay, Chris, and the shorter (possibly manager?)
