Half the time I go, they give me the wrong stuff or forget my food. I go here often because it’s the closet to me but they suck and i can’t wait to move just for a different dunkin. The food and quality is good but the employees are so brainless and forgetful, when i go inside they are constantly talking bad about their customers as well as getting my order wrong. I really hope the manager hires different employees because it could be a really great place.

Wonderful crew! Everyone there but the one individual Amber. Takes no accountability and only gives weak excuses. We waited there for 13 minutes to have someone serve on us. She came over unprofessionaly and said “I have more important things to do” we only stated “13 minutes is an unnecessary amount of time to be in line waiting” for someone to come to the front desk, especially after been repeatedly told that someone’s coming over to help. That’s just unacceptable. People like Amber shouldn’t be working in customer service if they can’t control their own behavior.

I sent my husband to the store and he went threw the drive threw in literally on the phone hearing the lady giving an attitude being disrespectful to him because she couldn’t understand him she was being racist and told him to go back to his country. Like we came for coffee not insults. Worse costumer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’s. Mind you she had an accent too. Dunkin hiring anybody now a days with no home training
