I still love going here to get bowls and I think their ingredients are pretty fresh for what I’m paying. Just this one time in particular, I ordered a bowl and was baffled from the portion size. They used to be generous with portion sizes, guess it’s even worse than a normal portion now.

My friend lives over in Allston and highly recommended this Pokeworks in Watertown, a few miles away. He comes here all the time because they let you absolutely load up on toppings. Since I'm tracking my macros and trying to stay on budget, I was sold. Food was great as usual. Sometimes an ingredient doesn’t show up (like mandarin oranges last night) but the flavors are great. The price is reasonable. Customization options are plentiful. Only problem last night was it took more than an hour to be delivered and we live 5 minutes away. (And no, we couldn’t get to the restaurant).

I was disappointed by my last visit; this used to be my favorite spot at Arsenal Yards. Back when a different team was serving customers, the portions were decent, but now my plate was barely half full. Instead of pleasant staff, there are "kids" at the register who look like they're 15, and instead of getting timely service, I have to watch them hugging and hanging all over each other right behind the counter. I'd be better off getting Pokewok at Stop & Shop. It's a mess.
