Even though this Friday July 3rd was not a holiday there was confusion about order pick as well as trying to place orders with a human. Kiosks were available in the un-air conditioned store to help but one had to be a member. We tried ordering something simple like coffee. We could not complete the order using the kiosk. All the employees seemed to ignore us so we walked across the street to Walgreens where the general manager help us at the checkout after waiting a few minutes. The service is fast and I really like how cheap it is. Cashiers and staff are very friendly. Great place to get to know others who are also dining in too. The filet-o-fish is soft enough for elderly ones to enjoy and the cheeseburger is quite decent as well. The dishes can be simple and easy to enjoy.

This location needs a new manager point blank period. There is ZERO structure. I get that they’re busy very very busy but that’s why you need structure. 35min wait for mobile orders, orders always wrong, customers walking in and ordering getting their food way before mobile orders, front register girl doing like 3 different jobs when there’s more than enough ppl for everyone to have a station and make it more smoothly. This McDonald's is a pretty good place for just a one floor restaurant but I have to say when I walked in it was so busy with only one cashier and 2 girls getting the orders and filling them. I've usually always gone through their drive through most of the last 29 years on a weekly basis bcuz my awesome dog loves their ice cream cone 🐕‍🦺😉..
