“Great place, great atmosphere, very friendly Staff, extremely delicious meal”

I ordered a sizzling skillet then watched it go to another table then watched it sit in the window along with my sisters burger for 10 more minutes. It was cool to the touch and definitely not sizzling. We had also ordered salads as an appetizer but they came after we had finished our meal. And we had to flag down our waiter to get refils in a damn near empty resturant.

Came here at 5 AM on a Sunday and it was a great experience aside from the cold bathroom. The service was perfect, our waitress was just super nice and I have caught her for being up that early. The food was cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the atmosphere

When I arrived there were people walking out because they had waited too long for food. I was in no rush so I gave it a shot. I ordered as I was seated. That was pretty much the end of my experience. 45 minutes later, I had not even received my coffee. The server came by and told me they were out of the country fried steak I ordered. So no drink, no meal, not even an apology. I thanked them for their time and headed to Cracker Barrel.

Servers are always great - food generally great too, but rarely open for dine in after 10 anymore. What's the point of being open after 10pm if you can't reliably have staff there?
