I have ordered a delivery order, my order Was left on the dirty floor outside of the clinic, I don’t understand why it was so hard to handed to the front desk employees but that’s another issue. like you can tell from photo this is the size of the grilled filla I got for almost $4 Also instead of getting ketchup, I got ranch. I always liked Chick-fil-A and I still like it but customer service the quality of food and the sizing just gets to unfair for the price you pay considering that this is a fast food chain. This is definitely becoming overpriced.

It's a Chik-fil-A so the food is at least good. (Usually. This one seems a notch below average) But this location is just lacking in QC. The one time we dined in and the dining room was a trash heap, so we only use the drive-thru. And three times in a row now, we've have orders bagged or made incorrectly. It's unfortunate the next closest Chik-fil-A is 30 minutes away. Will just have to find another local chicken joint at this rate. Dave's Hot Chicken is across the street, so maybe that'll be our next stop.

I had a really disappointing experience. I found a long black hair in my food — it looked like beard hair — and it was extremely disgusting. When I tried to bring it up to the manager, they didn’t seem to care or take the situation seriously. I expected better hygiene and customer service from Chick-fil-A.
