We had the BEST first experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe thanks to Madalyn H! ✨ From the moment she greeted us, she was so bright, welcoming, and full of energy. It instantly set the tone for our visit. This was our first time here, and we actually chose this spot after seeing it ranked as one of the top breakfast places on Google. The first dish that caught my eye was the Cajun Shrimp & Crawfish Omelette, so I asked Madalyn what she recommended and it was such a fun coincidence when she said that’s one of her favorites too (and part of their seasonal menu)! Of course, I had to go with it

We went out for breakfast on a weekday, so the restaurant was not crowded and we were seated quickly. Our group had eight people, and the service was excellent from the start. Our server was friendly, explained the menu well, and let us know that most of the omelets could be customized to remove the meat if desired. Most of our group ordered omelets and waffles, while I ordered the grits. The grits were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The house coffee was fresh and tasted great as well. Super surprised at how delicious the Abe's Hot Chicken and biscuit turned out. Moist white meat chicken, smothered in a flavorful but not unbearably hot sauce, topped with over easy eggs then nestled lightly on a skillet fried biscuit. A simply perfect breakfast combination. The service was good and the restaurant has a Pensacola theme that isn't EXACTLY a local vibe but represents their fine city to the most. Pricing is a little high and the bar menu has a good selection for those who like to lift the spirits early in the morning.

The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. But what really made our visit unforgettable was our amazing waitress, Dylan. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Dylan was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and gave us the best recommendations (which we loved!).
